The MBFF Football League has many benefits for teenagers. It helps
youth explore their physical, creative, and social potential.

It allows youth to find out where their career or interests may lie.
By seeing other men and women volunteer their time, it offers youth a chance
to experience how their time and effort can benefit others.

The league also teaches real world skills that encourage life-long interests.
We teach teamwork and leadership skills, responsibility and discipline, and
multitasking. We endeavor to boost their self-esteem as they learn to perform in
an atmosphere they enjoy. It is a fact that enjoyable activities provide a source
of stress relief.

Lastly, we help reduce drug and alcohol abuse by giving an alternative to the
streets, giving them the motivation and sense of purpose to say "no".
